Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using persuasive skills to promote products and services effectively.
- Establishing a relationship with clients, learning about their requirements, and offering specialized solutions to produce leads and drive sales.
- Using effective sales interactions to address client problems to influence decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
- Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.
- Communicate with prospective clients in a persuasive and professional way, outlining the features, benefits, and advantages of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field
- Minimum of 6-month experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing and managing social media platforms
- Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
