Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Change bed linens and replenish towels
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries and snacks
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards for cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests
- Work effectively within a team environment
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or students with no prior experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Proficient in customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible working hours, often involving physical tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to service excellence.
