Description

Work Location: Sucat, Parañaque

Interview Location: Near Quezon City Hall (Exact address to be provided upon application)

Employment Type: Full-Time


We are hiring a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering excellent food and service in our Sucat, Parañaque location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction. If you have strong leadership potential and a passion for the food service industry, we encourage you to apply — training will be provided.


  • Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and staff performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health standards
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering of stock as needed
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance records
  • Train, motivate, and support employees for better service quality
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks like daily reports and cash handling
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, policies, and improvements

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of college in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (open to fresh graduates)


Experience:

  • No prior managerial experience required (training will be provided)
  • Experience in a restaurant, fast food, or customer service setting is a plus but not required


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership potential and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque

  • Willing to undergo training prior to deployment
