Description
- Assist in daily leasing operations and tenant inquiries
- Manage lease applications and documentation
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Maintain tenant relationships and resolve issues
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the leasing team
- Assist in leasing processes, manage tenant inquiries, and maintain property records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and organizational abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with some travel to properties; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
