Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Inspection Coordinator and Data Entry Professional to join our fast-paced startup team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating compliance and insurance inspections, tracking progress, and managing data entry with high accuracy. This role

requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection Coordination:

  • Coordinate insurance and compliance inspections between vendors and our internal team.
  • Track inspection schedules and receive reports from vendors.

2. Report Management:

  • Review and digest inspection reports, identifying necessary corrections.
  • Create tickets for corrections in our tracking system.

3. Correction Follow-up:

  • Follow up with responsible parties to ensure corrections are made in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all proof of corrections is gathered and documented.

4. Documentation:

  • Aggregate all proof of corrections into a single comprehensive document.
  • Communicate completed corrections and documentation to the original requestor.

5. Data Entry:

  • Collect sensitive data from various sources with high accuracy and confidenc
  • Enter data into designated SaaS databases (Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.).

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work NY time-zone hours.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with SaaS databases (Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and managing external partners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with compliance work is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the US real estate industry.
  • Previous experience working with inspection processes or insurance reports.
