- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions.

Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in applicant tracking systems, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
