Description
- Assist in procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures.
- Support the Purchasing Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for some remote work; regular office hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Willing to work at Del Monte Quezon City
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
