Description
- Assist in procurement processes, manage inventory levels, and support negotiation efforts.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing and vendor management.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
- Conduct market research for cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the purchasing team in administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in time management and problem-solving; strong negotiation and inventory management skills.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with the possibility of working under tight deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities.
