JOB SCOPE:

• Proactively identify and pursue new clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Actively promotes Hann properties and generates leads through event participation, digital marketing, and personalized client engagement.
• Monitor market trends and adjust personal strategies accordingly

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years Real Estate sales experience
• Preferably with High-Net-Worth-Individuals (HNWI) network
• Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• With knowledge and skills in Digital Marketing
