Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed as per design and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and material records.
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
Ensure the implementation of health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
Ability to interpret and modify construction drawings.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
