About the Role:

Are you a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love bringing structure to projects, optimizing workflows, and keeping things running smoothly? If so, we want you on our PMO team!

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Project Managers to manage and implement operational tools, support daily tasks, and help drive the successful execution of projects. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans
  • Monitor project progress and team tasks to ensure alignment with goals
  • Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings
  • Document processes and organize important materials within a Knowledge Base
  • Manage departmental calendars and schedule team activities
  • Compose and distribute project status reports
  • Organize and streamline PMO tools and systems for efficiency

  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Challenges arise, and you’ll need to think on your feet to find solutions
  • Top-Tier Organizational Skills – From time management to decision-making, you keep things running smoothly
  • Documentation Management – Keeping accurate records of project plans, reports, and meeting minutes is second nature to you
  • Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office experience
  • Project Management Office experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe, ClickUp, Asana, Knowledge Base, or ZenDesk.
  • Experience within a startup environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization.
