Description
- Execute the production process according to schedule and operational standards.
- Prepare raw materials and production equipment before the process begins.
- Operate machinery or production equipment safely.
- Control product quality during the process (quality control).
- Record production results and submit daily reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.
- Report any technical issues or machine malfunctions to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth production.
Requirements
- Minimum education level of high school/vocational school (preferably in Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields).
- Able to work both in teams and independently.
- In good physical health and ready to work in shifts (if required).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
- Experience in the production field is an added advantage.
