Track the product development progress, coordinate with technical, design, and operation teams to ensure the smooth advancement of the project.

Support operational maintenance after the product launch, collect user feedback, and propose optimization suggestions.

Participate in data analysis, monitor key product metrics, and assist in optimizing user experience and product performance.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.

3-5 years of product management or related experience, with a background in on-chain/DeFi and product growth experience.

Familiarity with the product development process and ability to independently draft clear requirement documents.

Basic data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, Tableau, or other analytical tools.

Excellent execution and communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced cross-departmental collaboration environment.

Passionate about the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, with strong learning capabilities.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred, with the ability to read and write English documents.
