We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Process and MEP Utility Engineer to support the design and coordination of a major industrial mega factory project for one of our flagship clients in the beverage sector.

What you do as a Process and MEP Utility Engineer

• Act as the technical representative of Royal HaskoningDHV towards the client on all process and utility matters
• Coordinate with regional design hubs (Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines) and internal design teams
• Ensure alignment of all process/utility design elements with client standards, insurance requirements, and local/international norms
• Manage interface coordination with the client’s process team and stakeholders
• Review and validate technical design inputs, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
• Support the design and project managers in advising the client on optimal technical solutions
• Monitor scope-related budget and man-hour consumption and raise any concerns early
• Lead internal quality control procedures and support issue resolution when required

We provide them with a range of services throughout the various phases of a project: from inception, through master planning, feasibility, design all the way to construction management. Our projects are in the Philippines, but we also provide support within the APAC region and globally.

What you bring

• Educational background: bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering
• Experience: minimum 8 years in process/utility design or coordination for industrial facilities
• Sector Knowledge: industrial sector essential (beverage sector experience preferred)
• English: fluent / professional working proficiency
• Traits: client-focused, pragmatic, and technically assertive; able to clearly articulate design logic and challenge ideas constructively; emotionally resilient and comfortable in direct, feedback-driven environments
• Soft Skills: responsive communicator, strong team collaborator, able to work independently and think outside the box
• Technical Skills: deep understanding of piping, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation; broad awareness of process-related facility requirements
• IT Tools: proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with AutoCAD or similar tools
