Description

  • Develop documents to maintain effective policies, procedures, and work instructions in alignment with program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to determine necessary policy, procedure, and work instruction requirements.
  • Conduct research and document reviews to identify and address gaps in existing documentation.
  • Stay updated on policies and procedures across all business areas within the organization.
  • Assist in developing documentation requirements for new or revised processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing documentation and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute policy updates, briefs, or manuals, along with procedures for implementing such changes.
  • Support the internal rollout and adoption of company policies.


Requirements

  • University or college degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in business writing, including publishing and documenting business policies and processes.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with intranet and/or SharePoint portals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working directly or indirectly with operations or customer service teams.
  • Banking experience is considered an asset.
  • Project management experience is considered an asset.
