End to End process of Payroll, and timekeeping.
Responsible for acknowledging and addressing all employees' concerns and questions about government contributions, benefits, and loans via email and other company-authorized platforms.
Experience processing and posting monthly Mandatory contributions such as Social Security System Contributions, Pag-big, and Philhealth.
Experience in processing loans in SSS, PAGIBIG
Processes end-to-end payroll including, both manual and through the system, last pay computation.
Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, inputting, and calculating data.-
Answers employee questions about salaries, deductions, attendance, and time records.-
Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.- Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.- Uploading salaries through bank converter.-
Prepare and submit monthly reports with payroll information.-
Prepare monthly government contributions and loans to process payments.- Monitors, cash bonds, company loans, and charges of employees.
HRIS knowledgeable.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or any equivalent course
With at least 1 year of related experience handling Payroll, Timekeeping
Have excellent communication skills written and oral.
Experience in processing statutory and monetary benefits and other related government benefits
In charge of proper, accurate, and timely processing of Payroll
Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Willing to work in Katipunan Quezon City
Can start ASAP
