Description

  • The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient performance of all assigned branches. This role oversees branch operations, ensures budget compliance, and provides support to branch personnel to maintain seamless daily functions.
  • Ensure all branches open promptly at 8:00 AM and assist branch personnel with operational concerns.
  • Support store transfers and new branch setups to guarantee readiness for operations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and address operational reports (data errors, audit findings, repairs, and maintenance).
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes while resolving manpower-related concerns.
  • Conduct weekly branch visits (minimum of 4 physical visits or 8 virtual check-ins), providing detailed reports on findings and solutions.
  • Consolidate and monitor audit reports, recommending personnel changes as needed.
  • Review and approve supply requests, validating items for replacement or repair before seeking management approval.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the retail industry
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, tactful, and maintains confidentiality
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
