Qualifications:

• At least College level

• With experience in truck dispatching or similar function

• With basic knowledge in automotive/truck maintenance

• Knows how to check, organize and consolidate documents

• With good communication skills (oral and written)

• With good interpersonal skills

• Computer Literate

• Knows how to drive; with a valid driver’s license is a plus

DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY DUTIES

• Regular monitoring of trips and the availability of units for both owned fleet and third-party trucks.

• Communicating with warehouse staff for the outbound trip requirements.

• Strategizes truck allocation and assignment of delivery crew, driver and helpers.

• Coordinates with third-party truckers for trip allocation and other concerns.

• Initial inspection of COT units before deployment; reports unit with issue/s to Maintenance Coordinator for immediate repair.

• Constant communication with the client and delivery crew to ensure smooth delivery.

• Monitors trucks’ whereabouts and sends regular updates to Logistics counterparts and Log Coordinator, thru Viber, text, or call.

• Ensures complete documents are handled by the delivery crew before and after every trip.

• Compiles the documents and endorses them to the Operations Clerk for proper liquidation.

• Submits daily reports to the operations Coordinator for easier and more effective monitoring of trips.
