Description

Bookkeeping and Data Entry:

  • Handling financial records and entering data into the system.


Banking Transactions:

  • Managing deposits and encashments.


Computer Literacy:

  • Required to be proficient with computers and various software for documentation and reporting.


Clerical Support:

  • Perform general office tasks, likely including filing, organizing, scheduling, and correspondence.


SSS/PHIC/Pag-IBIG Transactions:

  • Handling transactions related to the Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), and Pag-IBIG Fund.


Data Management:

  • Assisting with data collection (e.g., receipts from drivers and porters).
  • Following up on site/project expenses with engineers.
  • Recording expenses and managing purchase monitoring/checklists.
  • Updating the cash disbursements book.


Experience with BIR and LGU Transactions:

  • Familiarity with transactions related to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units (LGUs).


Warehouse Monitoring:

  • Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the procurement department for inventory management.
  • Assisting the warehouse manager in monitoring pull-outs from the site to the warehouse.


Leg Work:

  • Ability to handle physical tasks and be proactive in performing duties. No room for being “picky” or “dainty” about tasks.

Requirements

  • Education: College diploma. Additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous office or clerical experience preferred, at least 1 year


Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to walk, bend, and carry office supplies as needed throughout the day
