Description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Set up and optimize retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on Google and Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, along with strategic recommendations.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reach business objectives.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking technologies to measure campaign effectiveness.


Requirement

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or local business advertising is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with third-party automation and bid management tools such as AdEspresso, Skai, or Smartly.io.
  • Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
