Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Promote and sell medical products and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in medical sales or a similar role, demonstrating successful sales performance.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong medical knowledge, extensive product knowledge, and excellent communication skills to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Promote medical products, build relationships with healthcare providers, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a field-based role, interacting with clients in hospitals and clinics.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be persuasive, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
