We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our early-stage marketing efforts and help fuel our growth engine. 


 Position Overview 

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for both developing and executing marketing strategies that drive qualified leads across multiple channels. You’ll be involved in campaign planning, copywriting, analytics, and paid/organic initiatives. You’ll play a crucial role in building our marketing systems from the ground up, making this a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment. 

This role blends creativity, technical marketing skills, and a strong sense of ownership. You will work closely with the sales team, leadership, and external platforms to test new ideas, analyze data, and create campaigns that scale. This is a remote position supporting U.S. time zones, ideal for someone who’s ready to take initiative and grow with the company. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Launch and manage inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns (email, SEO, LinkedIn, content). 
  • Create compelling content including landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and cold outreach. 
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with efficient budget use. 
  • Set up and manage early analytics tools, CRMs, and marketing automations. 
  • Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve funnel performance. 
  • Collaborate with sales to align messaging, track lead quality, and refine targeting. 
  • Support thought leadership initiatives through founder branding and strategic content. 

Requirements

One versatile, results-driven generalist who:

  • Can do strategy and execution.
  • Drives qualified leads through experiments and funnels.
  • Writes compelling copy, understands audience psychology, and can run paid and organic campaigns.
  • Has experience in B2B SaaS, BPO, or remote talent marketplaces.
  • Builds the early marketing engine and automation stack.


Ideal Profile:

  • 3–5 years in startup or B2B marketing.
  • Self-starter who can do a lot with little.
  • Strong writer with growth mindset.
  • Understands value-based BPO positioning and can explain ROI clearly.
  • Bonus: background in growth marketing for SaaS or outsourcing firms.
