What is this role about?

The role is responsible for overseeing the locator acquisition process and supervising Locator Acquisition and Management (LAM) Officers in their duties. This role should be able to address locator concerns of incoming and existing locators, discusses recommended solutions for issues with the Assistant Manager, makes decisions, approves presented concepts, and identifies locations and viable spaces to offer to prospects.

What will YOU do?

• Expand the Non-Fuel Retail Business (NFRB) through the acquisition of both national and global brands, and the generation of revenue from locator rent income
• Ensure the increase of Locator leads for a higher sign-up rate and expanded brand network
• Ensure the acquisition of both local and global brands to complete station offerings and provide a one-stop hub for customers' needs 
• Achieve an increase in Annual Locator Rent Income to grow station profitability and continuously expand NFRB
• Perform the Locator Acquisition Process Guide to ensure that LAM Officers are able to follow the LAM Process from signing to store opening
• Ensure that Locators' Notarized Sublease Contracts are complete to guarantee that contract terms are strictly enforced and legally binding 
• Ensure the profitability of locator accounts to guarantee that rental obligations are satisfied
• Assist in resolving the concerns of existing locators and perform after-sales service accordingly to build and strengthen professional relationships between locators and SEAOIL
• Assist the Senior Manager in handling locator accounts to manage both incoming and existing locators

What will YOU need?

• A graduate of bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in leasing or real estate, preferably from retail and/ or commercial industries
• Valid driver's license - can drive vehicles in manual transmission
• Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed
• Must be Knowledgeable in Google Sheets/ MS Office
• Must have effective communication skills
