  • Assist in managing daily leasing operations

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration, real estate, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in leasing or property management preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in charge calls, attention to detail, financial literacy, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in lease administration, conduct property tours, and maintain tenant relationships.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional weekend hours for open houses.
