Job Description:

• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level.
• Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and/or team leadership.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• At least 15 years of solid experience in business analysis and 10 years in a senior business analysis role
• At least 8 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector
• 10 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
• 10 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
• Must be willing to work on extended hours as required or in shifting schedule.
• Must be able to relate to large information-based organizations and be comfortable dealing with senior executives from various cultures.
• A good understanding of Client development process is an advantage
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
• Proven vendor management skills and experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
