Description
- Conduct research on labor laws, regulations, and case law to ensure compliance and advise the organization.
- Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies in line with labor laws.
- Represent the company in labor disputes, including complaints, hearings, and settlements with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Ensure that the company complies with all labor laws, including wage, benefits, and working conditions.
- Advise management on handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Handle cases related to employee claims such as illegal dismissal, underpayment, or labor violations.
Requirements
- Graduate of Political Science (with additional qualifications in law or a law-related field may be preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines, related laws, and HR practices.
- Experience in a legal or HR role, ideally in labor law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Willing to be assigned in Kamuning Quezon City
