Description
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, assist in food prep, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation and storage tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or stewarding role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene practices, effective stewarding techniques, capable of heavy lifting, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, team-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
