· Provide quality service by answering customer inquiries through online chat, email, and other channels;
· Handle customer complaints and questions, follow up on solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction;
· Record and organize customer feedback, promptly report to relevant departments, and optimize service processes;
· Maintain customer relationships, actively address customer needs, and increase customer loyalty;
· Complete other customer service-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Education Requirement: Associate degree or above, exceptional candidates may be considered with flexibility;
· Experience Requirement: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred;
· Communication Skills: Proficient in Mandarin, with good language expression and communication abilities;
· Service Awareness: Patient and responsible, capable of thinking from the customer’s perspective;
· Adaptability: Demonstrates a certain level of stress resistance and can quickly handle unexpected issues;
· Office Skills: Proficient in computer usage and capable of operating office software, customer service systems, etc.;
· Teamwork: Possesses a good spirit of teamwork, follows management, and is proactive.
Language Requirement: Chinese or English
