Responsibilities

• Support the management of social media activity for 1 brand, including scheduling posts, basic content creation, and community engagement.
• Assist in reviewing content drafted by Social Media Executive to ensure basic quality and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
• Collaborate with the team to adapt existing content for social media use, occasionally coordinating with other departments.
• Help implement creative campaigns across organic social platforms under the guidance of senior team members to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Provide basic support to other departments (e.g., Business Development, Academic) by sharing social media content or posting updates as needed.
• Assist in preparing monthly performance summaries and pulling key metrics for senior review.
• Attend team training sessions and stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute ideas for engaging content and help interact with students and alumni on social media to increase user participation.

Work Arrangement

• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C5 Road, Brgy Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is in front of IPI Pasig and is near Tiendesitas
• This is a work-from-home arrangement with occasional on-site visits. Candidates must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas
• Work schedule: 8pm to 5am, weekends off
