Description
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements.
- Develop space planning solutions for mixed-use developments.
- Assist in the design and documentation process, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Travel to provincial sites as required to conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in architectural design and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Must be open to traveling to provincial locations for site studies and project assessments.
