Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Identify issues based on daily transaction data, formulate corresponding solutions or optimization plans, and drive business improvement;
• Operational System Development: Establish C2C transaction operational metrics, assessment rules, and regulations, encouraging merchants to optimize service quality and enhance transaction volume and user satisfaction;
• Merchant Channel Expansion: Continuously explore high-quality recruitment channels for merchants and promote the optimization of the platform's merchant structure;
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and organize merchant operation-related activities to motivate merchants to increase their activity levels and drive continuous growth in transaction volume.

Job Requirements:

• Possess strong data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to identify problems and propose feasible strategies based on data;
• Have strong event planning and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive execution independently;
• Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a spirit of teamwork;
• Candidates with industry experience or merchant resources will be given priority consideration.
