Description

The IT Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and assisting in the implementation of IT solutions.

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and accurate troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.

System Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system patches, and hardware checks.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure and operational.

User Assistance and Training:

  • Offer guidance and training to end-users on software, hardware, and network tools.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to email, printing, network connectivity, and more.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of all technical issues and their resolutions in the help desk system.
  • Generate reports related to system performance, support requests, and common problems.

Collaborate with IT Team:

  • Work closely with other IT professionals to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and implementing new technologies.

Requirements

  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or Higher
  • With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • Physically fit
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
