Description
- Monitoring and overseeing the network and system administration that includes: Internet connection and Local Main Server
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
- Support the Sales team in AutoCAD lay outing
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior or President
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Applicants should have 1 - 3 years of experience in IT, preferably with exposure to a variety of technical environments and processes.
- Skills and Competencies: A strong grasp of technical skills is required alongside proficiency in QA activities. Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, knowledge of hardware systems, and understanding of accounting systems are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsibilities may include software development, systems analysis, maintenance of IT infrastructure, performing routine QA checks, and assisting in the deployment of new systems.
- Working Conditions: The position may involve both office-based work and the potential need to visit sites for hardware installation or troubleshooting.
- Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
