  • Updating sales resources and support documents (e.g. presentations, FAQs, user manual, etc.).
  • Maintenance of contact information and lists.
  • Improving sales tools and content (e.g. templates, snippets, etc.).
  • Reporting on deals and follow ups to potential clients.
  • Reach out to potential and existing clients through calls, emails, or video meetings to understand their requirements and introduce the company’s product.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries or concerns from the company’s social media accounts, email, etc.


Job Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course in Marketing, Business or any related course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to deal with external and internal customers.
  • Understanding of SaaS and digital signature platform.
  • Interest and enthusiasm in sales, technology and software and customer relations.
  • Good organizational skills and can meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to take initiative and learn on the job.
  • Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software.


Work Setup:

  • Full remote setup


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM


Requirements for intern:

  • Can start as soon as possible
  • Can render at least 3 months
  • Has his/her own laptop or desktop computer that can perform the responsibilities of the position.
