Description
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Organize staff development and wellness programs.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing, sales, business development, and customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, and assist in training initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment events.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, detail-oriented, and proactive.
