Handles the recruitment and hiring activities of the company, ensuring that vacancies are filled-up with qualified applicants on time
Conducts employee orientation for all new hires (from managers to engineers and staff) or when there are policy updates.
Administers employee benefits program (both internal and mandatory)
Maintains employee 201 file
Develops and implements employee engagement activities
Handles employee discipline (due process and admin investigation)
Handles admin functions relative to employee on-boarding, ordering of uniform, ID, and other staff needs
Provides support to the superiors on areas relative to internal communications, timely dissemination of information to all concerned as requested
Recommends performance incentive schemes to employees to sustain employee motivation
Reports directly to the Admin and Finance Manager and takes orders from the President as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of BS Psychology or other related courses
Some knowledge of the Philippine Labor Law, and some experience in handling employee discipline, especially due process and conducting admin investigation
Competent in handling recruitment, conducting employee orientation and onboarding, timekeeping, employee engagement activities, developing memoranda, documenting policies and procedures, and employee records management
Good oral and written communication skills
Proactive and results-oriented (Self-propelled)
Good leadership and coordination skills
Willing to learn and grow as an HR practitioner
