Description
- Support recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, assist with payroll, and implement benefits programs.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new hires.
- Facilitate employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and employee relations skills, proficiency in payroll and compensation management, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Computer savy
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, potential for overtime during peak recruitment periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong leadership potential, and effective people management abilities.
