Description

1. Assist deployed employees on benefit-related and other employment concerns.

2. Assist HR to the deployed employees’ issues and concerns (timekeeping, payout documents, uniforms and government-mandated benefits and others) and provides prompt action or feedback within 24 hours.

3. Monitor all staffing needs and operations of the clients related to manpower and HR services.

4. Assist recruitment team in the endorsement of candidates / applicants to partner clients; Assist in candidate screening and hiring processes.

5. Assist deployed employees’ performance review & evaluation.

6. Perform roving & visits to client and / or deployed employees.

7. Close coordination on the collecting/ submission of deployed employees’ attendance records.

8. Accept the responsibilities of timekeeping and time-off requests.

9. Ensures timely completion of payout records (validation of DTRs, signature of Client, others)

10. Assist the HR team for deployed employees’ disciplinary system by following the Due Process (particularly the issuance of notices – NTE and Notice of Decision); may also participate in the administrative hearing if applicable.

11. Support all EBSI/client related programs (special activities, sportsfest, Christmas party, trainings, etc.)

12. Create, present and submit reports.

13. Attends to Clients’ meeting requirements with deployed employees.

14. Handle other recruitment-related projects/tasks that may be required as per the need of the department from time to time.

15. Responsible to maintain and handle the employee and clients’ files, all information and records pertaining to employee’ employment, and other related documentation.

16. Make compliance with internal and external policies, strategies and regulations.

Requirements

1.      Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

2.      Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sourcing and Recruitment or General Human Resources or equivalent.

3.      With experience in hiring in bulk numbers of open positions.

4.      Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).

5.      Strong organizational skills.

Must have good oral and written communication skills.
