  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, coaching, talent management, and training.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, liaise with candidates, and ensure compliance with policies.
