Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, coaching, talent management, and training.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, liaise with candidates, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with possible remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
