Description

Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
Assist in employee onboarding and training initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Administer benefits and payroll processes.
Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage HRIS, facilitate training programs, oversee employee relations, and handle payroll inquiries.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on generalist functions.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and development.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for Hybrid Set Up
