REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any 4 year course relating to Human Resource Management
• Willing to relocate in Cebu (Pinamungajan)
• Have prior experience in Plant and manufacturing sector for people management
• Prior working experience as HR Manager (at least 5 years)
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with other members of management.
• Highly experienced in educating and coaching staff.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

JOB Summary:

• Conflict resolution and mediation with staff and managerial level positions
• Implementation of company policies at plant.
• Application of labor law and HR best practices in daily operations of plant
• Able to draft, generate memorandum and paperwork
• Use and implementation of HRIS 
•  Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Consistent reports to Head Office regarding HR Plant Observations.
