  • Assist with recruitment tasks, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Learn and understand various Recruitment platforms
  • Gain exposure to the insurance and superannuation industry by engaging with cross-functional teams within Pru Life UK Team Cyra.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology or related field.
  • Experience Level: Currently a student pursuing relevant degree.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational skills, basic understanding of HR principles, and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, standard office hours with possible overtime during peak recruitment phases.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, eager to learn, ethically strong, team player, with exceptional attention to detail.
