Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of employment laws.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in resolving employee grievances, support HR policies, and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: A proactive attitude, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
