Description
- Attila, Incorporated, a leader in the Food & Beverages industry, is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and performance gaps.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with company goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of development programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in organizational development or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in presentation, talent acquisition, people management, training and development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct training sessions, manage talent acquisition, enhance performance management systems, and facilitate organizational development initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential travel for training and development sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
