  • Require ability to work via a controlled environment where information shared via email

and DropBox cannot be data leaked anywhere

  • We need ability to monitor if anything is potentially printed
  • We require someone who has a high degree of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to touch type with a minimum words per minute and accuracy - this is to be carried out by Outsourced as part of the vetting process
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work allocated
  • Ability to be interrupted and revert to work allocated
  • Once a broker interviews a client, the applicant should have the ability to navigate the research in respect to which bank is the applicant best suited for by inputting pricing and interpreting policies and then presenting to the broker in regards to results identified. It would then be expected that the deal is packaged to be presented to the broker who then in turn presents to client and if client is in agreement, returns signed documents and individual then submits the deal to the bank.
  • It will be the responsibility of the individual to monitor the progress of the deal and ensure it navigates through the banks system within appropriate time frames to anticipated settlement. Once settled, ensure all compliance is completed by following a Aggregator Checklist.

Nice To Have

  • Ability to interpret self employed tax returns
  • Telephone system to communicate with individual - ability to make outbound calls into Australia and receive calls . No expectation will be to communicate with clients.
  • Any candidate to be considered for the role, will need to have the attached Aggregator templates completed.
