Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for business development planning and talent requirements in the South Korean region, developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to ensure timely and accurate talent supply for all positions.
  2. Utilize extensive resources in the Web3 industry to search, screen, and recommend high-quality candidates through various online and offline channels, particularly for core positions such as exchange BD and operations.
  3. Establish relationships with local Web3 communities, industry associations, and professionals such as KOLs and competitors in South Korea, participate in various recruitment fairs, technical seminars, and other activities to enhance the company's employer brand image and recognition in the South Korean market.
  4. Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling to offer notification and onboarding follow-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  5. Gain a deep understanding of South Korean labor laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment activities strictly comply with local legal requirements, avoiding potential legal risks.



Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Over 3 years of recruitment experience in South Korea, with at least 2 years focused on recruitment in the Web3 industry, preferably with an exchange background.
  2. Possess a rich and high-quality local talent pool in the Web3 industry in South Korea, capable of quickly fulfilling recruitment needs within the industry.
  3. Familiar with the South Korean recruitment market and channels, proficient in the use of various recruitment platforms, such as well-known local job boards and social media platforms.
  4. Excellent proficiency in Korean language (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate effectively with local candidates and partners; good English language skills are a plus.
  5. Have a deep understanding and strong interest in the Web3 industry, familiar with the basic concepts and development trends of Web and exchanges.
  6. Exhibit outstanding communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and strong stress resilience, capable of efficiently completing recruitment tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
