1. Bachelor's degree or higher

2. More than 3 years of experience in GO language development, with excellent design capabilities and programming habits, solid coding skills, able to balance speed and quality

3. Familiar with commonly used scripting languages for development such as PHP and Node.js

4. Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, message queues, and other commonly used storage and middleware

5. Experience in big data optimization and handling high concurrency

6. Familiar with microservices architecture and distributed system design, as well as WebSocket communication development

7. Must have strong communication and comprehension skills

Hard Requirements: Possess a good foundation in English (CET-4 level), able to read technical documentation and various development communities without barriers.
