We are looking for a talented Fullstack PHP Developer with a passion for IoT and hardware integration to join our development team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and enhancing our web-based platform while contributing to the development and integration of smart building technologies.

You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance web applications using modern PHP technologies, and for connecting and managing IoT hardware systems such as sensors, controllers, and gateways through various communication protocols. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver seamless, intelligent building solutions.

You are a versatile developer with strong PHP skills and a keen interest or background in IoT technologies. You’re comfortable working across the stack—building UI components as well as backend logic—and you have experience (or are excited to learn) how software interfaces with physical devices. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are motivated by building technology that improves real-world operations.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in fullstack development using PHP.
• At least some hands-on experience integrating or working with IoT devices or hardware APIs.

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Vanilla PHP (not reliant on frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter).
• Strong experience with MySQL for database design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive UI development using Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party system integration.
• Experience writing secure, scalable PHP applications.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience integrating IoT devices via PHP using communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets, or proprietary APIs.
• Basic understanding of sensors, microcontrollers, or embedded hardware is a plus.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with server-side scripting and task automation.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for PHP deployments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and best practices in cloud-based deployment.
