Glimpse Of Your New Role

  • Acting as the liaison between management and staff/clients
  • Creating and routing correspondence as needed
  • Arranging travel bookings and accommodations for executives and clients
  • Distributing ID cards, proximity access, and exemption passes to new hires
  • Handling room reservation requests promptly
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Upholding Acquire’s core values in every interaction

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to work onsite and support day-to-day operations
  • A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
