Educate guests about our beer selections, brewing process, and seasonal offerings.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns with care and urgency.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Assist with stock rotation and restocking supplies.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and legal requirements including checking customer IDs.
Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Assist in food preparation, serve food, maintain cleanliness, and handle customer inquiries.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
